How do DragTracks work?
- Place your car on the height adjustable starting unit.
- When ready, press your remote for the pre-stage lights in your lane to activate.
- After both racers stage in, the Christmas tree lights will come down.
- When the light hits green, FLOOR IT!!!! Don't go too soon, or be DQed!!
- Cars will release via the patented metal release machanism, and the race is off!!!
- The end piece of the track notifies the winner via the lighted LED above the track.
What model cars work on the tracks?
DragTracls work with Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Johnny Lightning, and any 1/64 scale die-cast cars.
What batteries do I need for the tracks?
Track requires 4 "C" batteries. 1 or 2 player racing. AC Power converter sold separately.
What is your shipping & returns policy?
Shipping
Shipping within the U.S. is a flat $15.00.
Email notifications will be sent when your tracks are shipped and, of course, we are always available to answer your questions via email at wes@dragtracks.com. Expert Toys prides itself on a great product. Items will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with a 15-day return policy (after you receive tracking), which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please submit a request via your customer account here.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
